Like many start up businesses, the idea is great, you have bags of passion but you need a business plan and a business valuation. You need some advice on sorting out the first few contracts, raising finance and getting the internal processes in place.
Coori are a start up focusing on gluten free products, their mission is to let people have free choice of what food they want to eat without having to compromise in quality or taste.
Coori’s master plan was to start up a company to sell the items on line direct to consumers, then to conquer the wholesale market so that the products would hit supermarket shelves, and then to open a number of Coori stores in London, Europe and then the rest of the world. Told you it was a master plan. As well as their own money they were going to need investment at each new stage of the plan.
Ward Williams Creative were able to help with business strategy and business plans in order to attract investment. We helped them access a Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme, which made them even more attractive to investors. We were also there as support with the business valuation and general advice on contracts and negotiations. In addition we provide year end accounts, corporate tax and VAT registration set up.
Coori achieved success with their first round of investors, and went on to another. We continue to work with them to help them achieve their goals…. so look out for Coori.
